This exquisite apartment consists of light-filled living, dining, modern open kitchens, a sparkling bathroom, laundry facilities, and an outdoor balcony. Guests looking for a work-from-home space will also enjoy the separate study nook.

Apartment features floor-to-ceiling glass frontage, polished floorboards, four-burner cooktops, a dishwasher, an electric oven, rangehood, stone benchtops with a dining table attached, and double-glazed windows. 

Building facilities include a security entrance, video surveillance, a private Club on the rooftop. Access to the Ikebana Private Club on the rooftop and the VIP Spa Retreats are available to guests. Facilities are located on Level 9, Building Keshi (140 Dudley Street).  Hours are 10am to 10pm with no exceptions.  Facilities are only available for long term residents who have registered with the Erin app and paid the $300 fee.
