Building facilities include a security entrance, video surveillance, a private Club on the rooftop. Access to the Ikebana Private Club on the rooftop and the VIP Spa Retreats are available to guests. Facilities are located on Level 9, Building Keshi (140 Dudley Street).  Hours are 10am to 10pm with no exceptions.  Facilities are only available for long term residents who have registered with the Erin app and paid the $300 fee.  

Minutes walk to Flagstaff Station and within easy reach of Queen Victoria Market and an array of restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The location was absolutely perfect, just a stone’s throw from the beach and within easy walking distance of shops, bars, and restaurants. It made everything so convenient and really added to the overall experience. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and I especially loved the coded entry system for both the building and the apartment. Not having to worry about keys or coordinating who had them made everything so much easier. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. A real highlight was the rooftop area, which has amazing views of the Melbourne skyline. It was the perfect spot for sunset drinks and a great way to unwind in the evenings. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
