Kathy started Corporate Keys in 2005, opening with sourcing accommodation for the project team preparing for the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne. With a Bachelor of Business in Management and a solid work history in HR and management consulting prior to opening Corporate Keys, Kathy works closely with her Management Team to ensure the success of Corporate Keys. She is responsible for oversight of the day to day running of all facets of the business including corporate governance and compliance, intellectual property, contracts and human resources.
Initially qualified as a Scientific Instrument Maker and then Process Control Engineer at the then world's largest chemical company, Hoechst, Vincent graduated from Swinburne University with a Bachelor Degree First Class Honours in Manufacturing Engineering.
After five years as Engineering Manager for global technology and automation leader Emerson, in 2005 along with his wife and business partner Kathy Childs he founded Corporate Keys Pty Ltd. Vincent is CEO of the Corporate Keys Group, including Corporate Keys Australia, Corporate Keys New Zealand, The Hamptons Apartments, Manhattan Apartments and Hospital Stays.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and is a registered Company Secretary. He is a member of both the CPA Australia and the Chartered Institute of Secretaries. His business management and accounting experience spans over 20 years in various industries, including Mining, Advertising, Travel, Wholesale Retail Distribution, Construction, and Public Practice. Joe is an experienced professional who has gained experience in areas of statutory reporting, IPOs, accounting, system development, restructuring, M&A activity, and general business management from the Board Room to the Shop Floor.
He has successfully helped float three companies - Altius Mining Ltd, Freehill Mining Ltd and Woomera Mining Ltd
He is also experienced in public disclosure requirements and dealing with external parties, including statutory reporting and in the delivery of quality management information within the organisation on a timely basis.
Bruno joined the Corporate Keys Group in 2007, two years after its inception, and has played a central role in shaping the organisation into the diversified accommodation group it is today. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance, and previously established the UK and Ireland division of a major European online e-tailer, which was later successfully sold to a venture capital firm.
Among his key achievements are the creation and ongoing development of the group’s boutique apartment hotel brands — The Hamptons Apartments and Manhattan Apartments — as well as the establishment of Corporate Keys Residences, the group’s third-party hotel booking platform.
Bruno focuses on the long-term strategic growth of the Corporate Keys Group and is actively involved across the entire lifecycle of the business, including acquisitions, planning, funding, and execution. He specialises in full-service, limited-service, and extended-stay hotel opportunities, with deep experience in commercial lease negotiations, management agreements, and working with development partners, consultants, and builders to deliver projects aligned to each brand’s standards.
He also oversees the organisation’s Reservations team, Business Development Executives, Marketing and Digital Marketing functions, and the in-house IT Development team.
Ayub Dahani is an experienced hospitality leader with a strong background in hotel operations and a proven track record of improving performance across key business areas.
Ayub specialises in driving revenue growth, enhancing guest satisfaction, and streamlining operations. With previous leadership roles at Ibis Budget Gosford and The Sebel Launceston, Ayub brings a results-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. He holds a Master of Accounting and multiple certifications in accounting and business.
Soma holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and is a member of CPA Australia. He has 25 years of experience working in corporate finance, accounting, project finance, system implementation, and strategic planning. His experience includes consolidating accounts across countries in the Middle East and Africa.
Soma has worked in a variety of industries, including mining, software, automotive, leisure and entertainment, retail, shopping malls, property development, hospitality, education, and community safety, in India, the UAE, and Australia.
