The fabulous floorboards in the apartment add to its allure but we would ask, for the comfort of your neighbours, that you do not wear hard heeled shoes inside the apartment. This will minimise noise for those in the apartments below you and ensure the floorboards remain as new for all upcoming guests.

1708/33 City Road is a stunning sub-penthouse apartment that features amazing views across Melbourne including looking directly out onto Melbourne’s Art Centre Spire. This Manhattan Style apartment is extremely spacious and features two balconies, one off the main living area and one off the master bedroom, from where you can enjoy the views. In addition to the master bedroom ensuite, there is a second bathroom with a bath for a long soak at the end of your day. The living area has an open plan modern kitchen with dishwasher and gas cooking, dining table seating for 8 persons, comfortable couches to relax in and remote control blinds. Located next to the Arts Precinct, a short walk will take you into the city, to the Yarra River or alternatively across to the Botanical Gardens.
