Our one bedroom apartment with king bed features a king bed, full kitchen, separate laundry (washer/dryer, iron, ironing board) with additional storage, separate lounge room, Smart TV with Chromecast in the lounge & bedroom, in room heating & cooling system and private balcony. T

2 full housekeeping services and 1 suppotive service is provided every week. 

All utilities, Wi-Fi, linen, use of the onsite fitness centre and on site car parking are all included as part of the rate.

I recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were impressively spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax after a day out. The location is outstanding—close to St Kilda Beach, Chapel Street shopping, and with convenient transport links to the CBD, the Tennis Centre, and the MCG. The surrounding area is flat and easy to walk around, making it perfect for exploring on foot. There are also BYO liquor stores nearby, which is a handy bonus. The hotel itself feels both luxurious and quiet, providing a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Service was solid, the rooms were great, and the location was unbeatable. Would happily stay again!
