Centrally located in Adelaides business district and walking distance to key attractions like the iconic Central Markets, Victoria Square and Rundle Mall. You’ll be spoilt for choice with Adelaides largest selection of restaurants on nearby Gouger & Waymouth Street. The spacious Three Bedroom Apartment is comprised of a Studio & Two Bedroom with an external interconnecting door.

The well-appointed kitchen features an oven, 4 burner cook top, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher & full sized refrigerator. In the Studio side, there is an additional kitchenette, work desk, safe & LED TV. The bedrooms are configured with a king-sized bed that can be split into 2 singles upon request at no additional charge. A sofa bed is available in the living room accommodating a seventh guest for an additional charge of $45 per night. Complimentary portable cots & high chairs available upon request. There are two bathrooms, the first with a shower over bath & private laundry, the second ensuite has a walk in shower. The relaxed living area contains a sofa, LED TV, work desk & in-room safe. Free high speed internet, local, national & mobile calls. Private balcony can be requested however is subject to availability. Once weekly housekeeping service including linen change is included. 


Discounted car parking rates with an adjacent car park starting from $20 per 24 hours. Please ask at reception for a permanent pass to receive this discounted rate prior to parking. Limited loading zone parking is available on Young Street & Franklin Street as a pick up and drop off area.

Ideal if you want to be near the sea while still being very close to the city and Southern Cross Station. The location is excellent, complemented by a fantastic roof terrace, spacious layout, and high level of cleanliness. The bed was large and very comfortable, with a very good mattress that ensured a great night’s sleep.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Communication prior to arrival was excellent, with clear and helpful updates via SMS, email, and phone. Check-in was seamless and convenient, with easy access using door codes or the app.

The room was well-presented and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We appreciated the modern setup and the efficient air conditioning in the living and dining area, which made the space enjoyable throughout our visit.

The location was also a plus, offering convenient access to the surrounding area. Street parking was available nearby, and with a bit of flexibility, we were able to find suitable parking during our stay. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and well-organised experience.
