PLEASE NOTE: Corporate Keys can arrange a complimentary guest transfer into this apartment during business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm). If you are arriving outside these hours or on a public holiday a once off fee of $110 including GST will apply.
Building Facility ChargeA $100.00 induction fee is required to access the gym on the main facilities floor. Other facilities are accessible without paying this fee such as the pool and BBQ area. This induction can be booked through the concierge or via the building's app, which is available on the App Store (access must be requested through the app itself). Please note that apartments below level 46 do not have access to the owner lounge or facilities on level 67.
Exit Clean Fee
An exit cleaning fee of $349 (incl. GST) will be added to your final rental invoice.
