We booked the apartment for its aesthetics and the convenience of having lots of family and friends in one place. The digital code entry was also convenient. The off-site staff was always happy to help.

The second unit has a massive balcony, with a 6-person table and an entire living space with outdoor sofas. They provided a generous amount of starter coffee, tea, dish detergent, and washing machine detergent. There was a tidy ironing board, iron, air-drying clothes rack, vacuum, and hairdryer. The location was also awesome! Overall, this place is an absolute gem. When our flight got cancelled from Los Angeles, The Hamptons still had a very helpful employee available to let our friend, travelling from England, check in at 2 in the morning. I was shocked at how helpful they were with this situation, considering there is no front desk. Any issues we brought to the staff were promptly solved. Great service! We all loved both the apartments we booked! We were so comfortable and relaxed.

I even had the cleaner help me bring my luggage downstairs while I waited for my husband to come to pick me up. The facilities were fantastic as were the rooms and beds. Smart TV's made my stay very comfortable and the excellent wi-fi connection was the cherry on top. I will be seeking to stay here again the next time I come to Melbourne.

Plus you’re right across the road from Crown Casino if you want to try your luck while you’re in town. Or just pick one of the many options to eat and drink along the river at Southbank. If you’d prefer to stay in there is an IGA just across the courtyard from the entrance where you can grab something to cook at home. The apartment was first class with AMAZING views of the city and river. Comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space and washer/dryer combo. Just an all-round great place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous location. Loved the rooftop area, amazing views. Close to beach, walk ways, shops, pubs and restaurants. Apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Staff went above and beyond.

The premium suite was superb with a beautiful balcony looking out over the bay. The amenities we awesome. We even had a Buttler’s pantry in the premium apartment. The beds were very comfortable. We had 12 people staying between the 3 rooms. We were very comfortable and we’re able to gather with enough space for dinner each night. We loved it and would highly recommend booking here!

Excellent cleaning. I absolutely love the Hamptons apartment it was spotlessly clean, immaculate, the most comfortable furniture.. everything you needed was provided from washing machine, clothes dryer, coffee maker machine and the situation was perfect. You could see the beach from the apartment and the owners were the most helpful and friendly beautiful people I have ever met and there is also safe parking close to shops it was so comfortable I am going to stay there again in the near future and i loved the roof top sun deck it is amazing home away from home. I loved everything it was perfect out of this world you could not fault anything. Everything was total luxury and the owners were so helpful they took the time to help me learn how to send a text on my phone service like that is very rare these days anyone who decides to stay there will be very happy and very comfortable.
